Choosing an address for this blog was quite the adventure. Let me explain a little "behind the scenes" reasoning.
Sooooo.....The first 5 years of my life were HEAVEN! I was the only child and very spoiled. Then, things progressively went down hill (well, according to the mind of a little girl). Every year for the next 6 years, my mom and dad would bring home brother after brother.....until there were 7. Just let your mind wander for a while on what the scene was like. Hmmm.....besides the chaos.....did you picture a LOVELY and GRACEFUL me with a bunch of little dwarfs (probably not).....regardless of your vision....it was quite the theatrical debut. People all throughout our ward and neighborhood would watch with wondering awe. Some started calling me Snow White (with my 7 dwarfs). Although, I wasn't a real fan of Snow White (I thought she sang terribly and had a way too high-pitched voice), the name stuck and for years I was known as Snow White and the 7 dwarfs....hmmmm. Now, as "a little older Snow White", I am the dwarf and my brothers are all WAY taller than me :) So, in honor of my 7 dwarfs (and all the therapy lessons I should have had)....I dedicate this "update" blog. Hopefully, at least their wives, will want to see what's going on in our area of the world - HA!

ReplyDeleteYes, you were the Snow White of the neighborhood. But those little dwarfs loved and worshipped you! (And I am sure they still do!) I love checking in on you and see what is happening to my grown-up friend. I love you!! Amy
